Crumb Coach is a transaction platform for food vendors. Home bakers, cottage food businesses, farm stands, farmers market sellers, and food trucks use it to accept payments, manage orders, and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers by connecting in-person selling with online ordering, customer history, and business guidance. Vendors can take contactless payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone, run an online storefront with pickup options, offer QR self-checkout at markets, and send invoices for custom orders. Every completed sale records useful business signals such as the product, order, selling channel, and available customer history, which Crumb Coach can turn into recommendations like fixing an underpriced item or reaching out to a regular customer who has gone quiet.
