Your sales already contain the answer.
Crumb Coach looks at what sold, what it cost, who bought it, and what happened next. Then it gives you one specific action based on your own business.
How it works
Crumb Coach checks it against your own numbers and peer-reviewed research.
You get one ranked card, the single most valuable thing to do next.
“Sold out by 10:30 Saturday, that's ~$45 in missed sales”
→ Add 4–6 loaves next week
The Food Vendor Sales Playbook
Everything a food vendor should do before, during, and after every sale.
A market day is a hundred small decisions. The Playbook breaks them into three: get paid, make more from every sale, and turn one sale into the next. Start with whichever is costing you the most right now.
Get paid
Take payment at the stand, at pickup, or on a custom order. No card reader, no cash-box math.
Tap a card, scan a QR code, or send an invoice. However the money comes in, it lands as a clean sale you never have to reconcile later.
Make more from every sale
See which items actually turn a profit, how much to bake, and what to drop.
Selling more isn't making more. Crumb Coach shows your real cost per item, prices each one for profit, and flags the products quietly losing you money.
Turn one sale into the next
Turn a one-time market buyer into a regular.
Your cheapest sale is a repeat one. Crumb Coach tracks who's a regular, who's gone quiet, and who's due, so a single market visit becomes the next order.
What data Crumb Coach uses
Every recommendation is built from your own sale record, not a guess.
What a recommendation looks like
Specific, not generic. Every card names a real product, a real customer, or a real number.
You are losing $2 on every brownie. Review the price.
Sourdough earns more per hour than cookies. See the breakdown.
Maria usually orders around payday. Send her a heads-up.
Nine regular customers have gone quiet. Win them back.
Real insights take a little sales history first
Crumb Coach won't guess from a handful of sales. Every recommendation has a minimum data threshold it must clear before it can appear. A margin alert only fires once a product has both a price and a cost recorded, so the math is real rather than estimated. A top-product insight waits until there are at least three orders in the last four weeks. A pricing-structure suggestion needs at least three priced items on the menu before it will comment on how they relate. Until a threshold is met, you get a simple setup nudge instead, like "Add what your Chocolate Fudge costs to make and I'll show you what you actually earn." The feed is also capped at five ranked cards, a dismissed card stays gone for two weeks, and the same card never repeats within seven days. Once the data is there, nudges give way to real recommendations.
Not a dashboard
A payment app can tell you that you made $48. Crumb Coach can tell you what sold, whether it made money, who bought it, and what to do next.
What happens after you act
A recommendation isn't the end of the story. Raise the price on a brownie, send Maria a heads-up, bake a few more loaves, and the next batch of sales shows whether it worked. Crumb Coach watches your results after you act, not just before, so the next suggestion is sharper than the last.
Free to set up. You only pay once you make a sale.
