Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Oltri Limited Liability Company ("Crumb Coach," "we," "us," or "our"), DBA Crumb Coach, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Email address, name, or other information you provide when joining our waitlist or creating an account.
  • Usage Information: Data about how you interact with the Service (e.g., pages visited, features used).
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address, operating system.
  • Cookies and Tracking Data: To analyze site traffic, remember preferences, and improve user experience.
  • Diagnostic Session Recordings (mobile app only): In our mobile app we record a masked replay of app sessions to help us find and fix crashes and bugs. Text, images, and graphics are obscured on your device before anything is sent, so content such as customer names, order details, and payment information is not readable in the recording. What we can see is the layout of each screen and the actions taken, for example taps, scrolls, and which screens were visited. We record a small sample of ordinary sessions, plus sessions where the app runs into an error. Our website does not record sessions.

Information about a baker's customers

Bakers use Crumb Coach to sell to their own customers, so we also hold information about those buyers on the baker's behalf:

  • Contact Details: Name, phone number, email address, and any delivery or pickup address given when placing an order.
  • Order History: What was bought, when, how much was paid, and how the order was fulfilled.
  • Market Attendance: Which of the baker's market events or pickup locations an order is associated with.
  • Payment Card Details: For card payments we store the card brand, the last four digits, and the fingerprint Stripe assigns to the card. A fingerprint is an identifier for the card, not the card number โ€” it lets a baker recognize a repeat customer. We never receive or store full card numbers or security codes; those go directly to Stripe.
  • Communication Preferences: Whether a customer has opted in to text messages or marketing, and when that consent was given.

This information belongs to the baker's relationship with their customer. We use it to run the Service for that baker, not to build our own profiles of buyers, and we do not combine customer records across different bakers. Buyers who want their information corrected or deleted can contact the baker they bought from, or us at support@crumbcoach.com.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Manage waitlist signups and user accounts.
  • Send updates, marketing communications, and service-related notices.
  • Analyze site traffic and usage trends.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe processes all card payments made through the Service, including in-person Tap to Pay sales. Card numbers are collected and held by Stripe under their own privacy policy; we receive only the brand, last four digits, and card fingerprint described in Section 1.
  • Service Providers: Tools like Supabase (for authentication and storage), Sentry (for error monitoring and the masked session recordings described above), analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), and email and text messaging services.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to comply with law, legal process, or government request.
  • Business Transfers: In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. How consent is collected, with the exact wording shown on screen, is documented at crumbcoach.com/sms-consent.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and analyze traffic. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Order and payment records, including the card details described in Section 1, are kept while the baker's account is active because they form that baker's sales history. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Withdraw consent for data collection.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@crumbcoach.com.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
