Card processing, paid to Stripe — the same rate you'd pay to accept a card anywhere. Crumb Coach doesn't add anything on top of it.

Can I start free?
Yes. Crumb Coach has no subscription and no monthly fee — every feature is included. Create an account and set up products and checkout before you sell.
How much does it cost?
Two separate pieces. The 5% + $0.55 service fee per order goes to Crumb Coach — that's how we make money. Card processing (2.9% + $0.30 per charge) goes to Stripe, the payment processor — the same rate you'd pay to accept cards anywhere. Crumb Coach doesn't take a cut of the processing, and Stripe doesn't take a cut of the service fee. No tiers, no upgrades.
What happens when I sell?
The order and payment are recorded in Crumb Coach, so you can see what sold and what action to take next.
What does my customer pay?
Customers can cover the 5% + $0.55 checkout fee when that option is enabled, or you can absorb the fee instead.
What do I keep?
You keep the sale proceeds after the service fee and card processing. On a $20 order: $1.55 service fee to Crumb Coach and about $0.88 processing to Stripe — you keep $17.57 if you absorb the fee, or about $19.08 if your customer covers it (they'd pay $21.55).
Can I pass the fee to the customer or absorb it?
Yes. Crumb Coach supports customer-covered fees or vendor-absorbed fees so you can choose the flow that fits your table, pickup, or storefront.
Why is this better than Venmo, cash, or DM chaos?
Those options can collect money, but they do not reliably connect product, customer, pickup status, payment status, and the next business action in one place.
